Foreign Minister Kotzias talks by phone with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov

Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias talked by phone a short while ago with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, with whom he exchanged views on the result of the Minsk talks regarding the crisis in Ukraine and on the ceasefire agreement that was reached.
