Ratification of the signature of a Greek citizen
•    Passport or National Identity card of the person signing
•    Document on which the signature is ratified
The forms for Authorizations and Statements according to Law 1599/86 are granted gratis at the Consular Office.

Ratification of   the signature of a Swedish citizen
•    Passport or National Identity card of the person signing
•    Document on which the signature is ratified

Authentication of attestations or receipts relevant to medical expenses, to be submitted to Social Security Institutions.
-     Attestations, medical reports, original receipts or original invoices concerning medical expenses of patients insured by Greek Social Security Institutions.
The authentication is handed over on the same day free of charge.

Certified copies of documents
-    Original document and its copy, to be certified as a true copy
(documents issued by foreign authorities are not accepted for this service)
