Service Hours

The Consular Office of the Embassy of Stockholm is open to the public (excluding public holidays) from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 15:00 by appointment and without appointment exclusively from 12:00 to 13:00, except on the last day of each month, for the following categories:

- Ratification/legalization of signatures (Authorizations, affirmations, Certificate to continue granting of pension, translator signature validations)
- Receipt of a new passport
- Submission of supporting documents and receipt of certificates for Military use

The Consular Office of the Embassy will be closed on the following upcoming public holidays:
18 March 2024 Greek Orthodox Shrove Monday (Greek national Holiday)
25 March (National Day of Greece)
1 April 2024 Easter Monday (Swedish national Holiday)
