Celebration of the National Day of March 25

On the occasion of the National Day of March 25, the Embassy of Greece in Stockholm held two receptions at the Ambassador’s Residence, on March the 24th.

Over 300 honored guests attended the first reception, among which the Dean and members of the Stockholm Diplomatic Corps, the Speaker and Members of the Swedish
Parliament, Swedish Government officials, Philhellenes and representatives of the civic society.

The evening reception was attended by members of the Greek Diaspora, representatives of several Greek communities in Sweden and the Greek-Swedish choir ORFEAS.

The Greek-Swedish singer Helena Paparizou was present at both receptions.
