VACANCY: Local Agent for Protocol, Press and Consular Tasks

Job Description (main duties)
-According to requirements, assume a variety of consular, administrative, protocol, translation, press tasks, in-volving, inter alia, translation to and from Turkish and English, inter-face with the public, reporting, commu-nication with Turkish and foreign public and private institutions, companies and individuals.

Requirements and qualifications
- University degree.
- Excellent knowledge of Turkish and English and ability to translate to and from both languages.
- Excellent communication and public-interface skills.
- Very good computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a high sense of responsibility, adaptability and initiative.
- Relevant previous professional experience would be an asset.

Conditions of employment
- Two-year contract.
- Regular working hours Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (including lunch break from13:00 to 14:00).
Occasional need for work at irregular hours, incl. weekends.
