VACANCY: Local Agent for administrative tasks
Job Description (Main Duties)
According to the requirements, assume a variety of administrative tasks, including mainly assisting with logistical arrangements for all meetings, visits, events, answering phone calls, organizing access of the guests to the Embassy/Residence
Requirements and Qualifications
• Very good knowledge of Turkish and English
• Ability to assist with the preparation of events
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Organise office and residency facilities, including housekeeping
• Supporting as necessary all personnel in the building
• Greeting guests
• A friendly, outgoing and reliable personality
• Previous experience will be highly appreciated
• Clean criminal record
• Strong sense of confidentiality
Conditions of employment
• Two-year contract
• Full time regular work hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 incl. lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00)
• Occasional need for work at irregular hours, including weekends
