How do I make an appointment?

I registered in the booking application, what do I do next?
Select the consular service you want and login in the booking app with the credentials you have already created. Schedule an appointment online
I tried to book an appointment, but the message "No available space found" appears.
New appointments are available every Friday at 12:00 pm (noon)
How do I see if appointments are available?
In the Available tab you can see the dates and times of available appointments. If the message "No available space found" is displayed, no appointments are available. New appointments are available every Friday at 12:00 pm (noon)
How can I book available appointments?
Select the date and time you are interested in and click "New Reservation". Enter your details accurately select "Create Reservation". If the booking process is completed successfully, the message "Reservation successfully created" is displayed.
What if I do not find available appointments?
Please try again to book via our booking system, as new appointments are available every Friday, at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Furthermore, appointments can become available at all times due to cancellations.

Can someone else attend the appointment?
For security reasons and for the better preparation of the scheduled appointments, the appointment reservations are strictly personal, in the name of the citizen who intends to attend the Consular Office. Reservations under a different name are accepted only in case the name belongs to a parent, child or spouse of the interested person.For this it is necessary to present a relevant proof.
How do I cancel an appointment?
1. Cancellation of Greek passport appointment. Please inform via e-mail to the address
in order to cancel it.
2. Cancellation of a registry appointment. Please inform via e-mail to the address
in order to cancel it.
3.For all other appointment categories.Log in the booking application. The "Agenda" tab shows your upcoming reservations. Select Edit (icon with blackboard and pencil). In the window that opens (View Slot) select Edit again (icon with blackboard and pencil) and then delete (icon with bucket). The message "Reservation successfully deleted" appears and notification is sent via email. Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours prior the scheduled slot.
I canceled my appointment by mistake. How can I recover it?
Unfortunately this feature does not exist.
Do I have to confirm the appointment?
No, there is no need for confirmation or any other action from you. You will automatically receive a booking confirmation message in the email you used for your registration. 3 days before the appointment, you will receive at your mailbox a reminder.
Why do I not receive a confirmation message?
If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
