2017 Student Orientation Workshop and Welcome Reception

In collaboration with the Circle of Hellenic Academics in Boston, the Consulate General organized and hosted a Student Orientation Workshop and Welcome Reception, welcoming all students of Greek heritage, who are beginning or continuing their studies at colleges and universities in and around the Boston area. This event served as an introduction to academic life in the United States, providing the necessary tips students need to excel in every aspect of college life. This event aimed to provide participants with both immediate and practical applications.

Professors from local universities such as Boston University (Dr. Jay Sammons), MIT (Dr. Manolis Kellis and Dr. Costis Daskalakis) and Tufts (Dr. Christos Georgakis) were the  guest speakers at the workshop.
