25.3.2018. Lecture on Bostonian Philhellene Samuel Gridley Howe (5p.m.)

Οn Sunday, March 25 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Professor Petros Vamvakas of Emmanuel College will give a Lecture on Philhellene Samuel Gridley Howe by at the Consulate General. Dr. Howe was a Bostonian who dedicated a significant part of his life to the cause of the Greek Independence in the 1820's. The evening will feature musicians of the ALEA III ensemble in works by Nikos Skalkottas and traditional Greek music.
