Announcement
The Consulate General of Greece in New York announces that it intends to recruit a Personal Secretary to the Consul General with a two-year contract.
Eligibility criteria:
The candidate at the time of employment should be at least 21 years old, have a residence and work permit or American citizenship, and abide by confidentiality.
Selection criteria:
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English enabling to communicate and write in both languages.
- High School Diploma or GED (University education attested by a diploma would be a strong asset)
- Proficient in various computer programs (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional experience of at least 1 year in administrative matters
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to adapt to different situations and to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility in terms of presence and working hours
