The Consulate General of Greece in New York is seeking an individual for the full-time position of Personal Secretary to the Consul General for a two-year period with the possibility of renewal.

Eligibility criteria:

The incumbent should be between 21to 60 years old and either have the required residence permit (Green Card) or be an American citizen to be eligible for consideration.

Male candidates of Greek nationality must have fulfilled their military obligations or have a permanent exemption from military service.

Qualifications and Experience

- US citizens or US permanent residents (holders of Green Cards)
- Age of at least 21 years old at the time of employment and not over 60 years old
- Greek male citizens must have fulfilled their military obligations (or be permanently exempt)
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience in a related field
- Willing to work beyond normal hours
- Proof of Criminal Record
