Open House and Lecture on March 25

On the day of the national holiday, Tuesday, March 25, the annual open house at the Consulate General was held in the presence of hundreds of Greeks and friends of Greece. His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios was also present, who, along with the Consul General, addressed the attendees.
After the reception, a lecture took place at the Cultural Center of the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Manhattan, titled «Up from the Ashes - March 25, 1821: we all are Greeks», by professors Dr. Angelo Repousis, Dr. Katherine Fleming and Mr. Vasilis Molos. The event, held under the auspices of the Consulate General of Greece, was organized by the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Holy Trinity Cathedral, the Hellenic - American Bankers Association and the Hellenic Lawyers Association.
