Opening of the photographic exhibition "Arkadia, the Untold Tale"

The photographic exhibition “Arkadia, The Untold Tale” took place on Thursday, March 17th 2016 at the Consulate General of Greece in New York with photographs by the Greek artist Nikos Mourkogiannis in the presence of his Eminence Archbishop Demetrios, Geron of America, and numerous guests, including academics, business people, journalists, and artists.

Inspired by this region of Greece in the center of the Peloponnesian hills, the photographer, Nikos Mourkogiannis, created powerful images of Arcadia’s landscapes, portraits and still lives that narrate   the story of an ideal place where a man can communicate with nature secretly in peace.
