Visit of Prime Minister of Greece, Mr. Α. Samaras in New York

On Sunday September 29, 2013, the Prime Minister of Greece, Mr. Α. Samaras attended Μass at St. Nicholas Church in Flushing, New York, officiated by Archbishop Demetrios. After the Μass, the Prime Minister addressed the congregation.
Later that day, the PM met elected representatives of the Greek Community at the Consulate General. The meeting was followed by a press conference to the Greek local media.

On Monday, September 30, Mr. A. Samaras addressed a speech to the American Jewish Committee. The Prime Minister was introduced by the Executive Director of the Organization Mr. David Harris.

In the afternoon, the Prime Minister visited the school of St. Demetrios in Astoria, where he talked to students and teachers.

On Wednesday, October 3, 2013, the PM addressed the participants of the “Hellenic Initiative” event on “Investing in the future of Greece".
