Consul Papanikolaou meets with representatives of Houston - based Greek shipping companies

On Thursday, September 27, Consul Papanikolaou met with representatives of the Greek shipping companies which are based in Houston. The meeting was also attended by the heads of the U.S. Coast Guard in Houston. The relations and cooperation between the Hellenic maritime community and the US coastguard in the Houston region was the main focus of the discussions. This event comes first in a series of actions and initiatives taken by the Consulate aiming at closer cooperation and consultation between the Consulate, the Greek maritime office, and the Greek maritime companies of Houston on business and maritime issue
