Upcoming event: Greece in the 1st Mediterranean Film festival at Rice Media Center

Consulate of Greece in Houston is the initiator and proud sponsor of the 1st Mediterranean Film festival, to be held at the Rice Media Center on November 16-19, 2012. The event will feature movies from 6 different countries of the Mediterranean Sea. It is the first year that Consulates of the Mediterranean region in Houston join their efforts in an attempt to display the cultural beauty of this famous sea. Our goal is to have this film festival established in the minds of the Houstonian audience in the years to come.

Join the Consulate of Greece at the opening VIP reception of the event, on November 16, at 6pm at the Rice Media Center. As a tribute to the Greek Consulate, which initiated the whole idea, the reception will followed by the screening of the Greek movie “Νicostratos le Pelican”, at 7pm, at the Rice Media Center.
