Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostas Fragogiannis to meet with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Francis R. Fannon (MFA, 6 August 2019)

In the context of the Greek-U.S. Strategic Dialogue, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostas Fragogiannis will meet with the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources, Francis R. Fannon, at 10:00 on Tuesday, 6 August 2019, in Athens.

The Working Group for the Strategic Dialogue on energy issues, which will convene under the Greek Deputy Foreign Minister and the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State, will examine issues such as diversification of energy sources and energy routes through Greece, the potential for American investments in the Greek energy sector, the opportunities emerging in the hydrocarbons market, and the expansion of bilateral cooperation in the sector of renewable energy sources.
