For the first time in the history of the Olympic Games, the Lighting Ceremony of the Olympic Flame will be broadcasted live over the Internet.

This historic innovation will be applied by the Hellenic Olympic Committee in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee, through their websites www.hoc.gr and www.olympic.org, on Thursday May 10 2012 for the Lighting Ceremony of the "London 2012"Olympic Games,.

The broadcast will start at 10:00 (Greek time) and the description will be in English.
