SVGH: Silicon Valley Greek Hub

The Silicon Valley Greek Hub (SVGH) is a group of Bay Area Greeks active in the tech industry in various capacities (corporate executives, startup founders, academic researchers, venture capital experts) formed under the auspices of the Consulate General of Greece in San Francisco. Its primary aspiration is to connect Silicon Valley with the global Greek innovation ecosystem, paving the way for synergies between the two sides in entrepreneurship, business, commerce, and technology.

The existing core team of SVGH comprises highly successful professionals intending to act as role models, mentors, advisors, facilitators, associates, partners, or/and investors for startups with Greek identity. The ultimate vision for the Hub is to grow into a robust collaboration network offering adapted support to entrepreneurs who are willing to explore the possibilities available in Silicon Valley and beyond.

The initial SVGH's spectrum of activities will incorporate a) regular online mentoring sessions between the platform's members and Greek entrepreneurs, b) a series of networking events that will bring us closer to like-minded peers, and c) online panel discussions with special guest speakers covering trends and topics related to innovation and the tech community.
